Cancellation policy
We require 24 hour notice for any date changes or cancellations for spa services and 48 hour notice for any date changes or cancellations for packages. There is a 100% cancellation fee with less than a 24 hour services and 48 hour notice for packages. No-shows will be billed 100% for all scheduled services and or packages. Treatments are selected and reserved specifically for your needs, based upon availability. A credit card is required for all spa services and packages. Please have one ready when you call to make your appointment.

Check in policy
Please check in at least 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. We regret that late arrivals may not receive their full appointment time, but will be charged for the full service.

Gift cards
Give a gift of relaxation at the Spa on Ft. Stewart. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-transferable. After purchase of gift card, card is only valid for 12 months from the time of purchase.


 

Serenity
To keep the atmosphere of the Spa calm and relaxing, we do ask that you turn off your cell phone or have it on vibrate when you enter the Spa. As for children, we do love them, however we request that children 12 and under are not allowed in the Spa unless being serviced.

Shaving
Shaving is not recommended before a body treatment or men's facial. If you choose to shave, please shave at least 6 hours prior to your service.

Gratuity
Gratuity is not included in our services. We do ask that you leave gratuity at the receptionist desk when you pay your bill rather than giving it directly to the specialist.

Pregnancy Safety Policy
Please note no body treatments can be received during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy. Manicures and pedicures are available, however please inform your therapist ahead of time. We also ask that you inform your therapist if you are using Retin A, Accutane, or have had laser surgery.
